How is PropLedger priced?

PropLedger is priced based on portfolio size and which workflows you need — reconciliation, AP, AR, owner reporting, or all of them together.

What is included in each plan?

Starter covers reconciliation for one bank account, rent tracking, basic invoicing, owner statements, the tenant payment portal and AI-powered matching. Professional adds unlimited bank accounts, the full AP workflow, AI lease abstraction and the multi-property owner portal. Enterprise adds a custom GL, SSO, API access and dedicated onboarding.

How is a unit counted?

Each plan covers a portfolio size — up to 25 units on Starter, up to 150 on Professional and 150+ on Enterprise. Tell us about your properties and we will confirm which plan fits.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Plans are designed to scale with your portfolio, so you can move up as you add properties and workflows.

Do you charge per transaction?

Plans are priced on portfolio size and the workflows you use. Ask for a quote and we will walk you through exactly what is included before you commit.

Is my financial data secure?
